update 1/2000, this project stalled last year, may have a new lease on life.... see links to Cheryl Magill below...

Preliminary Notes (to be corrected) from Dan Winter 9/98,
RESEARCH PROJECT WITH THE HEARTLINK, EKG to EEG to Dolphin Harmonics..
founder of www.../heartlink making heart coherence teachable project, and www.heartbeat2000.com project to entrain hearts around the planet over the internet to heal the earth for the millenium event.
Scheduled for filming in early March in Hawaii..
The intent:
Using our new tool, heartlink, www.../module we intend to prove by double fft that the embedability and self awareness of cetacea pod sonics are measureably ripped by military LFAS lo frequency underwater sound. We have considerable preliminary indications in Canary (photonica see below) that ekg and eeg phase relate to connections with cetacea. Our plan is to make an emotive media piece which while scientific and logically powerful is also evocative and hi quality as a media piece for global release.
This is a working draft of the project, subject to modification as the will of the common feeling of the participants evolves.

Dolphins Donuts: The Play of Awareness in "Suspension"?..
What Principles Might Allow Toroidal Air Bubbles
to Braid and Suspend Below Surface..
"Air Core Vortex Rings..Braided into Helix"
torus itself IS evidence of self-awareness as recursion
to Sun Star.. from Daniel Winter, Eden, NY & Thom Belisle, Minneapolis, MN
If we observe carefully dropped insoluble ink entering still water, the initial toroidal form will
degenerate in a VERY orderly manner into 7 smaller donuts, helically connected, is if by wormhole.
The 7 spins supoerposed in the torus is an archtype for the segregation of spin momentum from a
single donut structure to smalled spin coherences. This suggests archtypal geometry is indicated by
dolphin rings telling exactly what it is in the principle of spin, that connects one to many.
It is probable that the UltraSonic Component of Dolphin Sonar requires a phase lock with much
longer wave sonics to suspend a sonic or phonon cavity.. in these sizes. This points to dolphins
likely ability to play with very much longer sonic waves than just ultrasound. If we have romanti-cally
been imagining dolphins carving coral castles under water by sonics, we must imagine they are
capable of cohering sound waves under water of very long lengths. This is also consistent with the
more spiritual notion that dolphins emotively switch the underwater gravity well "flavor sinks" of
the Earth grid. This means that piezoelectric salt water uses phonon sound waves of long length to
hold pressure zones which function as electrical switches for the Earth's long wave magnetic grid.
The mythos about these dolphin switched Earth gates, is that the intelligence behind the switching is
what allows the Earth to select which virus and DNA geometries to synthesize out of the dodeca-fractal
from Earth GRID to DNA (also a wratcheted dodeca, like the geometry of the Earth's gravity
wells seen from afar..)
All this might mean to us "on the surface of things" that indeed dolphins must have the
ability to massage very long wave sonic envelopes in addition to their classically understood ability
to dance ultrasound into life..
If this is true it might well be appropriate educational play for young dolphins to test their ability to
make elf phonons (sonic long waves in liquid).
This would be the kind of skill they would later need to create sonic pressure containers not only to
braid fish into sound "nets" which could be suspended... but more interestingly to create piezoelec-tric
structures which switch very large information antenna's (the size of Earth's gravity wells)..
In any case, it would be impossible to make a sonic structure the scale of the donuts
describerd in the dolphin' s silver rings.. without sonics of relatively long wave coherence.
A very important analog might appear if we study the literature on ball lightning. The electri-cal
geometry of what permits a lightning ball to be stable for many seconds, has been repeatedly
described as toroidal (Moray King on Ball Lightning and Zero Point energy for example..).
To understand how these structures appear to defy the laws of gravity, requires adding some
thoughts about how directed and curved capacitive surfaces create gravitational thrust. Ball lightning
is suspended above, dolphin silver rings are suspended below, both are in a sense resisting the
normal attraction of gravity and relative pressure near the spinning donut. Some of the ability of the
structure to be suspended could be accounted for by gyroscopic force alone, however a deeper
understanding of how gravity is created electrically is required.
In the Searl "flying saucer" shapes made only out of large curved surface capacitors, the
gravity thrust is acheived by capacitive discharged across what has to be a concave contiguously
curved surface. Sharp edges cause the cacitive field to bleed, but gradually curved surface permits
capacitance to "surf" gravity.
My image would be that the dolphin adds capacitive charge, which should be measureable,
to the silver underwater air donut, to stabilize it in the field of gravity. Of course electrical measures
to such transient structures would be difficult, but even capacitive sensors near to the phenomenon,
similar to those we are using to look at the effect of strong human emotion on plants and trees,
would likely see harmonic braiding. This kind of harmonic braid in a capacitive resonator, when it becomes recursive ( like nested or braided donuts themselves), indicates the onset of what is called a
scalar wave, which is how electrical fields create an access spin path to the "zero point". This is the
magnetic monopole which Einstein saw as the connection between electricity and gravity.
Now of course, we could see the hydrodynamic spin of these donuts as creating simple liquid
suction by vorticity sufficient to achieve their underwater suspension. However, it is strongly likely
that the emotive, and playful (and possible glandularly active) ambiance of these dolphin playthings
would possess more interesting specifically electrical components.
At the conclusion of the article, it is suggested that the presence of self-awareness is indi-cated
by these dolphin donuts. Recursion itself is the presence of the self-organizing feedback loops,
which the toroid donut form creates. We have to understand or own awareness as the fractal attractor
of nested magnetic feedback loops. Learning how to suspend recursion in the universal pressures in
such a way as to be self-organizing is hydrodynamic proof of the dolphins ability to stabilize and
suspend self-awareness.
THE DOLPHIN POD: A Sonic Hologram?
by Dan Winter 1980's article from book
Did you know that it is very common in hi-tech non-destructive testing to use a sonic
hologram to modulate (or transfer information to) a light hologram? We should consider the
pressure nests we call sound and light as very fearless about touching each other.
The essence of what allows the long waves of sound to touch the shorter waves of light in
these phase entrained holograms is a grid or map on which their nodes can "hang each
others hats". Nesting instincts did not originate with lovers in the animal kingdom. Bonding
based on heart-beats locked in loving embrace is fractally propagated from hydrogen to
super-nova.
There are so many stories of dolphins saving humans, teaching communion in
underwater birthing, and they are said to be wave sentinels at the spiritual watery gates of
the planet. We need a coherent model to help us understand how they manage so many
services for earth.
Our group, Planet HeArtworks, has for some time been studying the usefulness of using
sonic feedback to assist in developing group mind experiences. We propose to use simple
video and audio cues tied to live variables to gently move groups along a learning curve; first
to entrain breath, then the planets Schumann electromagnetic heart beat (optically using a
pulsing grid superposed on images of Gaia, & electrostatically using the classic ELF
capacitance plates), and finally entrain the group heartbeats using sonic transducers and a
coherent sonic feedback grid.
We have already found that the heart automatically tracks external synthesized
heartsounds when their precise envelope is captured and synthesized integrally up and
down the scale of a sampling synthesizer, like playing your own heart symphonically. Much
of this work is based on Ben Bentov's "Stalking the Wild Pendulum" wherein the phase
entrainment of other bodily cavities (the brain-ventricles) significantly followed THE HEART,
during intentional relaxation.
This onset of significant phase synchronization, is also documented in EEG coherence
studies on meditation. Obviously the body is up to something very interesting by getting its
waves all nested together, up and down the scales.
So here we are trying to grok the why of all this, when we keep bumping into all these
amazing stories of whales and dolphins. In the Star Trek series, we ought to know how it
was the galactic centers KNEW a planet was dying when the whale SOUNDS stopped. There
has to be some great and fabulous clue here.
So let us line up the clues, one by one and see if they begin to lock into a picture:
Clue#1... The columnating or ordering which coherent sound (or phonon waves) does in
cryogenic crystals is the postulated mechanism of superconductivity.
Clue #2... Atomic and molecular wave nests or packets are modeled as donuts or toroidal,
and when columns of donuts or toroids travel as kind of rolling cylinders (arranged by the
long waves of sound) they can transfer their momentum from their long wave outer rim to
the perpendicular line-up of spark gaps at their core. In hydrodynamics this is called
translation of vorticity. It simply means that what was once traveling as a circular ring is
FOLDED AROUND IN AN ORDERLY WAY, to an arrow moving perpendicularly at the
core... a kind of circle to line, matter to energy, experience. This toroidal nest topology
underlies vortex theories of matter in general..string theory.. Yellow Brick Road theory.. the Hebrew tradition.. and others. It also underlies the
mythologies of phase transformation/shift described as EL (ohim) biblically. Such a leverage
which exists between frequency/velocity/&phase in the long axis asymmetry of the helix
speaks of piezoelectricity in quartz and major context/nesting potentials in DNA. But lets not
get too far ahead of ourselves here, suffice it to say that when the children line up in columns
they can sing, and dance, and generally move AS ONE, much better. SOUND FORMS
COLUMNS IN LIQUIDS.
Clue #3...It is already well known that whale songs have syntax and context which give
them coherence year to year. It is a kind of bubble casting which binds their memories
around the merry go round of time. They weave new sound tapestries seasonally always
building on what is already there.
Clue #4...The navy figured out that the only way to link up with their submarine fleets in the
depths was Extra Lo Frequency (sound-like) waves.
These can ring the planet!
Clue #5.. To catch the very distant electromagnetic waves from space what is required is a
catchment antennae of nodes laid out spatially over wide areas. A grid, a Grail. A sonic
piezoelectric saltwater grid could be just such an intergalactic communicator. When the
whales or dolphins go fishing using a net, they are catching signals of interplanetary source.
Clue#6.. The planets gravitational circulatory system grid is modulated by the crystalline
symmetries of her great surface flow-forms..(ocean currents, jet-streams, tectonics). The
fresnel grating switching agent for the self-notself resonance admission through this her
skin, would logically be the emotion/sonic tapestry sung by biology. This would make the
holo-sonic whale/dolphin grids a critical link in the information path between interplanetary
need signals and Earth/Gaia/cell response.
So now as we hear them sing, we can close our eyes and image a crystallizing picture of a
group hologram or mind flowing forth from the joyful animals. They catch the drift of great
voices from afar and Cymatically float to where the Earth ball needs switching at her gates..
the Matters of Vision.
Now these noble creatures are dancing near to teach us the frequency keys to the life saving
bio-networks which seed our group mind

ABOVE
DOCUMENTING THE EFFECTS OF LFAS TESTS MADE BY THE US NAVY IN A
WHALE
"SANCTUARY" NEAR HAWAII LAST YEAR *DURING* THEIR BIRTHING
SEASON:
Are We Killing the Dolphins and Whales?
By Bobbie Sandoz
(clip)
- Also in contrast to the results of the Navy-funded scientists,
private
scientists noted marked changes in the whales' singing behavior,
use of
their own sonar, normal patterns of movement, and migration patterns,
including abruptly leaving Hawaiian waters a month early in the
middle of
sonar activity in the spring of 1998.
- Private scientists further noted that the whales not only
returned to
Hawaii in much smaller numbers about two months late the following
winter
of 1999, but settled in different areas and behaved in a notably
less
friendly manner toward tour boats and people. It is logical to
assume that
the highly intelligent whales were not happy with their 1998 wintering
conditions in Hawaii or being flooded with distressing decibels
of sound.
Tour boat operators are very concerned about this alteration in
the whales'
return to Hawaii and their less friendly behavior toward people
while here.
If we look at the facts honestly, allowing outsiders to sonify
the whales
enough to chase them away from our islands has failed to protect
either the
whales or their value as a heart-stirring and economic resource
to Hawaii.
It's ironic that the whales received greater respect and more
genuine
protection before we declared their calving and mating grounds
a federally
protected "sanctuary".
- Similar to the problems and strandings seen in Hawaii during
this
increase in sonar activity, strandings throughout the world have
been
regularly linked to sonar exposure, ranging anywhere from 1-2
beached
dolphins and whales to a full pod. In fact, once sonar activity
became more
publically known, other governments have become aware and concerned
about a
connection between sonar exposure and strandings. And, who knows
how many
sonar-exposed cetacean sink to the ocean's bottom before making
it to a
beach.
- Deafness, tissue shearing, and lung explosion have been detected
in the
corpses of sonar-exposed cetacean as a result of private necropsies
done on
their ear canals and tissue. Yet, even though damage to ears and
lungs are
the primary symptoms of sonar exposure and are easy to check,
these are not
analyzed in sonar-exposed corpses. This seems to be done in an
effort to
avoid any chance of providing proof that sonar is a problem. In
this
regard, it is interesting to note that when Mary Frampton, Director
of Save
our Coast offered to pay for an autopsy on a dolphin that had
washed up on
Escondido Beach in Malibu, the National Marine Fisheries (the
organization
that issued the permits for using sonar in our oceans) refused
her offer,
claiming that the body, although still intact, was too decomposed
to
autopsy. Whenever a branch of government is the one monitoring
its own
actions or those of another branch of government, it begins to
look like
the proverbial fox guarding the hen-house.
- In addition to the many problems of sonar exposure for cetacean,
human
swimmers and divers exposed to low levels of sonar experienced
a vibration
of their lungs and bodies, intense dizziness, extreme disorientation,
and
enough nausea to require hospitalization, followed by such things
as post
traumatic stress, immune system problems, depression, and even
seizures. At
higher levels, human swimmers and divers would be at even greater
risk for
serious problems or possible death. In this regard, it's interesting
to
note that Navy divers are not allowed in the water when the sonar
is on.
- Perhaps it is no coincidence that Hawaii newspapers were
filled with
concern this year about the dramatically reduced fish resources
and turtle
populations in Hawaiian waters as well as concerns about coral
beds
following the sonar tests conducted in the winter of 1998. Since
sonar is
capable of tissue shearing and lung explosion of the larger mammals,
it is
certainly logical to assume it would cause the death of smaller
marine life
and fish or even plankton and coral which are not even being considered
or
studied during this controversy.
- In view of the potential seriousness of these problems, one
wonders if
the ATOC scientists, the ones currently applying for permits to
use more
sonar in Hawaii, are really so determined to conduct such an erudite
study
as that of the ocean temperatures or if they are paving the way
for
military interests. In this regard, even they admit that the ocean
temperature study won't give them enough information in five years
to have
any impact on rising temperatures or global warming. Moreover,
the Navy
also admits that their need for sweeping the ocean with sonar
is not
essential in post cold war times. However, it would give the Navy
a project
and a reason for additional funding. It also allows them to pursue
sonar,
not just as a method of detection but as a deadly weapon much
like a ray
gun capable of disabling submarines and killing the people within.
Many
believe this is the real reason behind the intensity of the Navy's
interest
in being able to use sonar freely in our oceans.

Dear Dan and Benedick,
Hello to you both.
Dan, I have been to your web pages, admired your work and have
referred
people to your site also. Actually, in addition to those I referred
to
your site who are interested in LFAS, I also sent people from
the Taos Hum
Page to see it.
It is good to hear from you. And what great timing! We are
trying to
generate increased attention to LFAS particularly now. So maybe
this will
work out really well.
Why now? That's because the National Marine Fisheries Service
will have a
public comment period in February which is based on the Navy's
application
for a permit to "take" and "harass" endangered
species through activities
incidental to the operation of Low Frequency Active Sonar. The
NMFS will
receive comments during a specified period and will enter a decision
making
process about the proposed rule making after public comments have
been
received. In this manner, the Navy can avoid being influenced
by the
criticisms which they would otherwise be obliged to comment on
in the final
EIS. And what's more, the Navy will be able to implement the system
regardless of the obvious Environmental Impact problems observed.
Regardless of the omissions, the data manipulation, the denials
and
obfuscations.... Regardless of how completely it's shown that
the Navy is
in clear violation of NEPA and the MMPA; they'll still manage
to float
their LFAS boats if the NMFS grants a Letter of Authorization.
What a
couple of dance partners these two intra-related agencies make!
Together,
they will have managed to side-step a series of environmental
scrutinies
and will waltz right past us all blasting their way across 80%
of the
world's oceans.
What's more, the LOA from the NMFS which the Navy has applied
for would be
a five year permit. The Navy would thereby circumvent further
environmental supervision for another five years. Ain't that snarly?
The Navy placed this application to NMFS in tandem with the
release period
of the DEIS and it's subsequent review period. It's all a Sneaky
Pete
strategy on the Navy's part, as they are employing the use of
the Draft
Environmental Impact Statement instead of the completed EIS and
are thereby
side-stepping the public's opportunity to further review the report
on
this highly controversial technology.
Even if the proposed rule-making goes through and for some
reason the LOA
is issued; there is still a possibility that we may be able to
get the
decision by the NMFS rescinded or reversed. To do so would involve
educating the public and particularly the politicians, all of
whom have
been lied to. So the focus is on generating awareness and publicity.
Oh,
yeah. Did I mention attorneys? It would also involve attorneys.
There's been so much b"rainstorming" going on that
I should hand you both
each an umbrella! ( Are there any sacred geometries involved in
the shape
of umbellas, Benedick? It looks like a close match to me! If not,
I am
quite certain the market awaits you!)
Dan, you asked if I sustain a web presence. I had a good little
snicker
when I read your question, and I would like you to know the reason
why I
laughed. It's because I looked at this page on your site:
../dolphin/
You see the excerpt written by Bobbie Sandoz at the end of
your page? She
wrote it and I edited and then published it on my site. I think
you have
included the portion which Jean Hudon had published. And you are
very
welcome to use the article, as we were hoping people would do
exactly that.
Please consider including a link to the more complete article
which is
located at:
http://manyrooms.com/stopatoc.html
Anyway... I thought it was amusing to see my page appearing
on your own
while you asked if I had a "web presence." It was a
lot like looking in a
mirror! If you go to the site and click the picture of whale in
the upper
left hand corner, you will arrive at my links page which has something
in
the nature of 350 - 400 links regarding LFA Sonar. Should you
require a
direct link to that page, which is called "Listen to LFAS
Viewpoints;" it
can be found at this location:
http://angelfire.com/ca/fishattorney/lfaslinks.html
Kindly keep in mind that every single web page I have is in
drastic need of
updating... which I've not done in a thousand years.
By the way, Bobbie Sandoz's new book may interest you in the
project you're
conceptualizing:
1) We like Bobbie - which is a good reason to consider it.
2) It's called "Listening to Wild Dolphins"
3) She devotes a separate sub-section in her book to LFAS - only
2 pages
but they're really GOOD pages!
4) It's HOT and NEW and freshly press-released.
Happily, she conferred with people whose work I admire while
she was
researching and writing it. I received a copy for Christmas but
have not
read it as yet.
Too, I understand that Dawn Ferguson has a new book about to
be published
and that she also has a CD of her music which is out; and that
may be of
interest too! I am eager to hear the CD and understand that I
will
receive a copy soon.
You know, it was quite nearly two years ago that Benedick started
an E-mail
newsletter called Stop LFAS Worldwide! You might consider receiving
it in
digest form as these creative minds and hearts are often donating
their
insights and energies in attempting to protect our world from
the
introduction of LFAS. Please consider joining. It's not necessary
to
receive E-mail directly into your mailbox system but you can stockpile
it
through the server's site. It would give you access to our files
and our
archival history.

Okey dokey... I could go back to replying to your message,
Dan... but first
must ramble towards this observation. I met Jeff Pantukhoff (as
did you,
Benedick, remember?) at the Navy's LFAS "Open House"
in San Pedro,
California. Such a nice guy! Anyway, I read in the accompanying
message
that he would not be involved? I so very much enjoyed meeting
him! Have I
followed this correctly that it is through Jeff's disengagement
with the
project that an opportunity for Rodger Orlich became available?
(That's
"Rodger" with a D?)
I am looking now at the web page interview with Scott Catamas.
I see that
he has his focus on some interesting subject matters. If there's
a
commercial aspect to this which might enjoy profitability, I don't
mind
sharing the information that we've just received a projected estimate
of
what it will cost for an attorney to sue the US Navy and NMFS.
That's
roughly ten thousand dollars. Considering the Navy has spent approximately
400 million dollars on just the big LFAS/ATOC grand-standing research
effort to satisfy the as yet incomplete EIS... then the 10K estimate
seems
more than reasonable. So if there's a fund-raising opportunity
for monies
to be held in an escrow account for projected legal fees, then
please don't
be shy about sharing that information. Sometimes all it takes
is an
accompanying phone number or web link for such things to happen.
I know
some people don't like it when money is mentioned, but I quite
nearly
become suspicious when in some circumstances, it is not. So I
hope you
will not object to recognizing possible fundraising opportunities
which
may exist in such a project. (While everyone else is likely to
be a
volunteer, an environmental attorney needs funds in order to function
at a
level sufficient to the enormity of the task.)
Dan, you asked where I live. I live in Northern California
in the San
Francisco Bay Area. I have a long list of phone numbers which
includes
paging, cellular, fax and on-line services both at home and at
the office.
(You'd think I was expecting someone to call!) I can share those
numeric
contacts with you if you would like to receive them. Alternatively,
you
can just hit reply & contact me by E-mail. But for some reason,
I was left
with the impression that you required phone numbers.
I read with interest the part about the conference in May?
I take it
that's your projected release date for the media project? The
conference
wants to "tune in" to this whole combined good energy
scalar wave discovery
and dolphin consciousness? It sounds delightful! Elating!
Of course the Navy's war machines are intent on scalar weather
manipulation, tectonic weaponry... and if you've not discovered
one of the
more sinister aspects of LFAS, allow me to direct you to an article
I've
posted about NATO's applications of Time Reversed Acoustics which
we just
learned about in November of last year. I went so far as to infringe
upon
a few copyright laws in order to post this article just so people
could
read about it:
http://manyrooms.com/article.html
This shows you how the chaos of background scatter would allow
the acoustic
signal to be played back in reverse to the target. The slowest
signal
would travel first, taking the same circuitous route it took the
first time
- only now in an exact reverse playback. Then the next slowest
signal
would be released and then the next until you got to the fastest
traveling
acoustic signal which would be the one most direct. All would
be timed in
such a released sequence that they would all hit the target at
the same
time. It would increase the strength of the targeting method and
thereby
the strength of the signal. It could also be played back again
and again
thereby creating acoustic "hot spots" and let's not
entirely rule out the
potential KABOOM factor!
This focuses the sound and pushes out the attenuation. It allows
precision
targeting. It makes the potential of multiple arrays far more
devastating
than those single array sound sources. Now you know why this puppy
has
those 18 speakers. Of course, the Navy never revealed any of this
in the
DEIS. NATO, quite casually, was doing magazine interviews on this
application of the LFA Sonar system which the US Navy withheld
from
Congress. So NATO is now informing us of what our Navy is up to.
The Navy promises assurances about what will and will not occur
while they
are operating LFA Sonar. It means nothing. This system will likely
(through potential long term exposure) create a hearing loss in
animals
hundreds of miles from the source. Allow me to quote Dr. Lee Tepley
who
has made recent strides in understanding this technology. In this
message
which he composed yesterday, he is helping me to explain to my
Congressional Representative, the Honorable Anna Eshoo, that the
Navy has
lied to Congress:
>>The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the
above statement
from the Navy appears to be a blatant and outrageous lie.
Although my statement sounds harsh, it is based on the simple
fact that
in both the DEIS and in the Navy's application to NMFS for an
LOA for an
incidental take of marine mammals during a 5 year operational
period of
LFAS, the Navy has clearly proposed an operating sound level of
180 dB
at 1 km. from the LFAS ship. The sound level will be even higher
at
some locations within this interval. It will not decrease to 155
dB
until about 50 - 80 nautical miles from the LFAS ship depending
on
propagation conditions. Thus, marine life will be exposed to sound
levels greater than 155 dB over an area of about 15,000 square
miles
from the LFAS ship. Also, the 25 dB difference between 180 dB
and 155
dB is equivalent to a difference in acoustic intensity of more
than 300.<<
What would that do to bioenergy fields?
Now please forgive me for preaching to the choir. I realize
you're already
(glub glub!) over your head in some of this, Dan. But I thought
you might
like to consider that by the time this conference convenes in
May, the NMFS
decision regarding the proposed rules will likely have been made.
Sobering thought, huh?
But Benedick would remind me that there's a right time for
things to occur.
Perhaps we will be "instrumental" in preserving a quiet
ocean environment
and who knows? It may be this project which helps to make that
happen!
So let me know what I can do to assist. I am truly delighted to help.
Best to ya!
